Visual identity Storehouse—a retail store operating within The Market Project (The Market, & The Market Stands) on the Asbury Park Boardwalk. Initially conceived as a second location to The Market due to its rapidly expanding vendor pool, it was eventually decided spin off Storehouse as its own unique brand due to its focus on more traditional goods like clothing and kitchenware. The interior of store was angular and compartmental so a geometric approach was taken to liven up the space and break up some of the hard edges of the walls. We designed a main accent wall to be painted with a triangular composition to allow a permanent backdrop for pop up events as well as a photo backdrop for product photography which has allowed the staff to easily create branded product shots without the use of a logo.
